Information Notice Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

This Information Notice has been prepared by Ramses Yachting Tourism Construction Real Estate Automotive Food Import Export Industry and Trade Limited Company and Londina Travel Tourism Travel Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), in its capacity as the data controller, in order to provide information and explanations regarding the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

This notice applies to personal data you provide to us through our websites (www.ramsesyachting.com – en.ramsesyachting.com // www.londinatravel.com.tr - tr.londinatravel.com.tr), our social media accounts, or through any other written or verbal means.

Definitions

• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• Processing of Personal Data: Any operation performed on personal data such as collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, classification, or prevention of use, whether fully or partially by automatic means or non-automatic means provided that it is part of a data recording system.
• Data Processor: A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted by the data controller.
• Data Recording System: A system in which personal data is processed by structuring according to specific criteria.
• Data Controller: A natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

Under the Law, our Company acts as the data controller.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

In its capacity as the data controller, our Company and on behalf of our Company our branches, sub-agencies, call center, affiliated companies, as well as through our websites, social media accounts, and other channels (not limited to these); your personal and/or sensitive personal data may be:

• collected, recorded, stored, modified, updated, periodically checked, reorganized, classified,
• retained for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or as stipulated by relevant legislation,
• shared with public institutions and organizations, third-party real/legal persons, service providers, suppliers, and insurance companies located in Türkiye or abroad with whom we cooperate or are legally obliged to share,
• transferred abroad where necessary due to legal or service-related requirements,
• processed in all ways including preventing their use.

Our Company and sub-agencies, in the course of carrying out travel agency activities under Law No. 1618 and related regulations, make agreements with third-party suppliers and create reservation records on your behalf.

Accordingly, your necessary personal data may be shared with third-party suppliers, including but not limited to:

• Accommodation providers,
• Airline companies,
• Transportation providers (land, sea, and other),
• Car rental companies,
• Insurance companies,
• Transfer personnel, captains, drivers, vessel owners,
• Central agencies and other relevant persons and organizations involved in the service provided.

Therefore, our Company may process your personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 by sharing it with authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, as well as with our branches, sub-agencies, and relevant parties, in order to fulfill legal obligations and provide better services within the scope of tourism and consumer law legislation.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to apply to our Company and:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the Law,
• Request notification of these actions to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.

This information, declaration, and consent form constitutes an integral and inseparable part of any service agreement you have signed with our Company or our sub-agencies, as well as your service requests.
