PRODUCT DELIVERY
The product subject to this Agreement shall, as a rule and under normal conditions, be delivered to the CONSUMER, namely the BUYER, or to a third party or organization at the address specified by the BUYER, depending on the distance of the place of residence, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded.
With regard to the delivery of the product, the shipping fee specified under the “Product Information” section shall be paid by the BUYER.
If the product subject to this Agreement is to be delivered to a person or organization other than the consumer, the BUYER is obliged to notify the SELLER in writing and in full of the name, surname/title, and address of the third party to whom the product will be delivered.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within seven (7) days from the date on which the product is delivered to them or to the third party/organization at the address specified, by rejecting/returning the product, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified within this period via fax, e-mail, or registered mail that this right is being exercised, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of this article. Additionally, the product itself, its packaging, and box must not be damaged, and the labels of the product and the protective bands on the product must not have been removed.
In case this right is exercised, it is mandatory to return the original sales invoice together with a copy of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the BUYER or third party has been sent back to the SELLER.
Following the receipt of these documents, the SELLER shall immediately initiate the necessary procedures with the relevant bank in order to refund the product price to the BUYER’s bank account or credit card account within seven (7) days.
PROVISION
Pursuant to the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts, a distance sales agreement cannot be concluded unless the Consumer signs this document.
This document, consisting of 1 (one) page, has been issued by the SELLER on ().
